SnoreYawnWarn is about snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea / Apnea (OSA).

SnoreYawnWarn is an international campaign open to all who believe it’s time to STOP trivialising snoring. It’s free and open to all.
SnoreYawnWarn campaign. Snoring is not a joke!
SnoreYawnWarn means:
    • SNORE– Don’t trivialise snoring – it’s not a joke
    • YAWN– Are you sleepy when you should be awake?
    • WARN – Snoring and sleepiness when you should be alert are warning signs of sleep apnoea / apnea

Why?

Snoring is routinely dismissed as a joke, when it’s anything but for:
    • the partner who struggles with sleep loss and arguments
    • the snorer who may have life-threatening sleep apnoea / apnea
    • all of us – when someone with undiagnosed sleep apnoea falls asleep while working in a vigilance critical role

🢥 STOP the exploitation. Stop profiting from people’s misery.

🢥 STOP encouraging self-diagnosis.

🢥 STOP selling rubbish with no evidence of effect other than placebo.

😴 Snoring may be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnoea / apnea – a life threatening condition. The consequences of snoring and untreated sleep apnoea / apnea are so many and wide-spread, you should have plenty to talk about! This is your opportunity to ‘Bang the metaphorical drum‘.
Warning - These are warning signs of sleep apnoea / apnea - seek help!
