Are you LOUD in Bed?
Loud in Bed?
If you or your partner are LOUD IN BED then keep reading, to learn how to wake up with your partner smiling at you (after a good night’s sleep) because you weren’t snoring.
Consult a sleep-trained pharmacist (or your GP). Please do NOT self diagnose and self treat loud snoring.
Return peace (and quiet) to your bedroom.

More about ‘Loud in Bed’
‘Loud in Bed‘ is a part of the BSPSS ‘Sleep Aware‘ public health initiative, to engage snorers and their partners with evidence-based help for primary snoring – which may be a symptom or ‘warning sign’ of undiagnosed (and therefore untreated) obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA).
OSA is linked with every chronic disease and is estimated to be 80% undiagnosed.
